Coming to South Africa to see the world cup?

Then you will need a place to stay!

I have an excellent time share for the whole month of June the that is available. This unit will sleep 6 persons in Two bedrooms.One bedroom is on suite and there is a second bath room. The lounge and kitchen open plan design.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items eg. stove with oven, big fridge, micro oven, Iron, dish washer, crockery for six, place mats etc.

Lounge , dinning room and bed room furniture is replaced on a regular basis. With mattress been replaced every year.

This is a five star establishment with the apartment being serviced twice a week.

The resort provides a laundry service, baby sitting facilities, game room with games, entertainment for the members.We have our own swimming pool and supply towel for the pool and beach, a snack bar is also available. Free parking on the premises.

In the very close vicinity we have, of courses one of the best beaches and ocean swimming, in water that is about 22 degrees, this is warm. The golden sands of the beach are ideal to for building sand castle and digging hloes. All this is about 30 meters from the resort, it could not be closer!

Fishmen, this is a great place for surf fishing, as every June we have a Sardine run, These Sardines appear near the coast and are followed by all the Game fish, from the smallest to bigger fish, then large fishes and finally by sharks, Then the Sardine disapear to reappear the next year. This all adds up to great sport.

We have golfing near by, an 18 hole of high standing. Then there about other 10 courses within easy reach. Boating is available as is Tennis and Squash and exercise equipment. And in JUNE we have WORLD CUP and a rail connection to the stadium in Durban.

A large shopping center is near by,as is a grocer shop and hair stylist. Restaurants serving excellent food at prices you would not believe and the best wine that is so cheap you can not refuse to enjoy a very large selection.

Medical facilities are available.

With all this at our resort you will find it hard to find time to visit the GAME farms that are associated with SUNTIDE ILLOVO SANDS, now these other site that are associate w3ll us means you are able to exchange time within our own group FREE of cost, it is part of deal.

Because I am getting on in years and traveling is becoming difficult I am a reluctant seller. In the meanwhile I am willing to rent out my time share.
